ORDER FULFILLMENT
Once your order is placed, it usually ships within 2-3 days, M-F. If you ordered after 1pm EST on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following week. Please allow additional processing time for weekends, holidays, sales, and pre-order items. Each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your package.

COUPON CODES
Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout- You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
TRACKING
All orders are 100% tracked. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to start showing shipping information.
PACKAGE SAFETY & LIABILITY
All shipped orders become the responsibility of USPS. In the rare event that a package is lost, please contact your local USPS office for a resolution. If the package is still lost after 7 days of being marked "delivered", contact DidaPada. DidaPada may offer a complimentary replacement shipment or refund.
RETURN POLICY
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date
- Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return or exchange
- Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- For non-product quality related returns, customers are responsible for the shipping costs
- Please allow 5-10 business days for a return to be processed
EXCHANGES AND PROCESSING
- Merchandise must be exchanged within 30 days of the order date
- Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days after we've received the exchanged item
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- An order can only be exchanged once
- Charges may apply for replacements due to incorrect sizing
